This is a really quick appetiser to prepare, but does need a couple of hours chilling in the fridge before serving.
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes + 2 hours chilling
|16 oz. can salmon||1/4 teasp.salt|
|1 teasp.horseradish||1 tblsp.lemon juice|
|8 oz.cream cheese||Finely chopped almonds|
|2 teasp.grated onion|
Drain and flake the salmon, removing any skin and bones. Combine with all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill for several hours. Roll into a ball and sprinkle chopped almonds over.
Serve with crackers.
