Pork Sate

Lovely Meal

This recipe involves marinading  pork for a couple of hours before cooking.

I like to cut the pork into cubes, and grill on skewers, served with plain rice, a creamy peanut sauce and a crisp green salad.



Preparation Time:  5 Minutes + 2 hours marinading
Cooking Time:  15 minutes

1 lb pork fillet 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teasp dried red chillis 1 tblsp water
5 tblsp soy sauce 1 teasp ground ginger

Place all ingredients except the pork in a mixing bowl and stir well to combine. Chop the pork fillet into 1 inch cubes and add to the mixing bowl. Cover and leave to marinade for a few hours, or longer if possible. Thread the pork cubes onto skewers and grill for about 15 minutes, turning frequently to prevent burning.
