|1 lb pork fillet||2 cloves garlic, crushed|
|1 teasp dried red chillis||1 tblsp water|
|5 tblsp soy sauce||1 teasp ground ginger|
Place all ingredients except the pork in a mixing bowl and stir well to combine. Chop the pork fillet into 1 inch cubes and add to the mixing bowl. Cover and leave to marinade for a few hours, or longer if possible. Thread the pork cubes onto skewers and grill for about 15 minutes, turning frequently to prevent burning.
