This is a really quick sauce to make, and tastes fantastic with freshly grilled prawns or lobster. Preparation Time: 2 Minutes |
| 1 part mayonnaise | Dash of Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 part salad cream | Lime juice to taste |
| 1 part tomato ketchup |
Combine all ingredients, and serve with shellfish.
