Salsa is a Mexican dip served with tortilla chips. It is very quick and easy to make - be sure to use plenty of fresh coriander and lime juice. SERVES 4 Preparation Time: 5 Minutes |
1 large ripe tomato, chopped | Juice of 1 large lime |
1/2 red onion, finely chopped | 1/2 cup chopped coriander |
1 teasp sugar | Hot pepper sauce, to taste |
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve with heaps of tortilla chips.
