Sweet Chili Fish Pate

Lovely Meal

This is a great little appetiser to make when you have some left-over cooked fish. Tuna or dorado are particularly good.

 

SERVES 4

Preparation Time:  5 Minutes
Cooking Time:  None

1 small onion, finely chopped 1 tblsp sweet chili sauce
1 cup cooked fish - tuna, dorado, etc Dash of hot pepper sauce
1 cup cream cheese  

Mash together all the ingredients and turn into a serving dish. Cool in the fridge for about an hour (optional).

Serve with plain crackers.
