This is a great little appetiser to make when you have some left-over cooked fish. Tuna or dorado are particularly good.
SERVES 4 Preparation Time: 5 Minutes |
1 small onion, finely chopped | 1 tblsp sweet chili sauce |
1 cup cooked fish - tuna, dorado, etc | Dash of hot pepper sauce |
1 cup cream cheese |
Mash together all the ingredients and turn into a serving dish. Cool in the fridge for about an hour (optional).
Serve with plain crackers.
