Hot Buttered Rum
This is a good drink to warm you up and settle your nerves after ghosting along in the Maine fog, trying to avoid the veritable minefield of lobster pots that seem determined to foul your prop if you have even a moment's lack of concentration.

16 oz.brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
Mix all the ingredients together apart from the rum. Refrigerate until needed - the mixture will keep indefinitely. To make an individual hot serving, use 1 tblsp. of the mixture, 1 jigger of rum, and boiling water. Garnish with a lemon slice.
