| 1 lb pork fillet | 2 cloves garlic, crushed |
| 1 teasp dried red chillis | 1 tblsp water |
| 5 tblsp soy sauce | 1 teasp ground ginger |
Place all ingredients except the pork in a mixing bowl and stir well to combine. Chop the pork fillet into 1 inch cubes and add to the mixing bowl. Cover and leave to marinade for a few hours, or longer if possible. Thread the pork cubes onto skewers and grill for about 15 minutes, turning frequently to prevent burning.
