This is a great little appetiser to make when you have some left-over cooked fish. Tuna or dorado are particularly good.
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
|1 small onion, finely chopped||1 tblsp sweet chili sauce|
|1 cup cooked fish - tuna, dorado, etc||Dash of hot pepper sauce|
|1 cup cream cheese|
Mash together all the ingredients and turn into a serving dish. Cool in the fridge for about an hour (optional).
Serve with plain crackers.
