This is a good one to make for lunch when you're in a hurry, and have some pasta left over from a previous meal.
SERVES 2 Preparation Time: 5 Minutes |
1 cup uncooked pasta spirals (or 2 cups cooked pasta) | 2 tomatoes |
1/2 cup diced cucumber | 1 tblsp mayonnaise |
1/2 cup kidney beans | 1 tblsp salad cream |
1 small tin tuna | |
Cook the pasta spirals according to directions on the packet. Drain into large sieve and leave to cool. In a serving bowl, mix the cooled pasta and all other ingredients. Garnish with a few slices of tomato.
