This is a good one to make for lunch when you're in a hurry, and have some pasta left over from a previous meal.
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
|1 cup uncooked pasta spirals (or 2 cups cooked pasta)||2 tomatoes|
|1/2 cup diced cucumber||1 tblsp mayonnaise|
|1/2 cup kidney beans||1 tblsp salad cream|
|1 small tin tuna|
Cook the pasta spirals according to directions on the packet. Drain into large sieve and leave to cool. In a serving bowl, mix the cooled pasta and all other ingredients. Garnish with a few slices of tomato.
