Salsa is a Mexican dip served with tortilla chips.
It is very quick and easy to make - be sure to use plenty of fresh coriander and lime juice.
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
|1 large ripe tomato, chopped||Juice of 1 large lime|
|1/2 red onion, finely chopped||1/2 cup chopped coriander|
|1 teasp sugar||Hot pepper sauce, to taste|
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve with heaps of tortilla chips.
