Another great use of bananas when you've had enough of eating them fresh, or in banana bread.
It tastes even better with a spoonful of dark rum added at serving time.
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
|4 bananas||1/2 teasp ginger|
|1/4 cup orange juice||1/2 teasp crushed cloves|
|2 tblsp melted butter|
Peel and slice the bananas lengthways, and place in a shallow baking dish. Combine the other ingredients and pour over the bananas. Cover the dish with tin foil and bake in a medium oven for 20 minutes.
