Salmon with Horseradish Spread (NEW)

Lovely Meal

This is a really quick appetiser to prepare, but does need a couple of hours chilling in the fridge before serving.

Serves 6

Preparation Time:  5 Minutes + 2 hours chilling
Cooking Time: None

 16 oz. can salmon  1/4 teasp.salt
 1 teasp.horseradish  1 tblsp.lemon juice
 8 oz.cream cheese  Finely chopped almonds
 2 teasp.grated onion  

  

Drain and flake the salmon, removing any skin and bones. Combine with all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill for several hours. Roll into a ball and sprinkle chopped almonds over.

Serve with crackers.
